Hotels

We have reserved rooms at a few local hotels at a discounted rate for our guests. You will need to call the hotels directly to book the rates. The rates are available 1/31-2/4
There are many other hotels in the area but these hotels are close to our home, and in a main part of town with lots of restaurants and easy access to the highway and the university. If you have any other hotels you are considering just contact us and we can give you any information about location, quality, etc.

Homewood Suites or Residence Inn Mariott

The group code for these both hotels is SMERF at both hotels for 109.00 a night including breakfast. The suites are larger rooms that include a pull out couch and a small kitchen. There are also a few room choices including studio, one bedroom and two bedroom suites if you would like to share the cost of a room with someone else but still have a little more privacy. The rooms at the residence inn are slightly newer than those at homewood suites.
